Membership in the Alliance offers many benefits:
- Members receive reduced fees at Alliance sponsored events.
- Subscription to the Forum, published 3 times a year. This publication offers a “playground” of sorts for members to express their thoughts and feelings on any psychoanalytically oriented topic. We also encourage response and feedback to previous articles. The Forum also includes a very comprehensive calendar of what events relative to psychoanalytic thought are going on around the region.
- Listing in the directory which we publish and distribute each year. The directory is an invaluable resource listing for many of the psychoanalysts and psychoanalytically informed psychotherapists in the area.
- Access to the largest psychoanalytic library in the Northwest. We have reciprocity agreement with the Seattle Psychoanalytic Society (SPSI) that combined with our library and allows Alliance members full use of this resource of books and journals. This also includes five psychoanalytic journals on CD-ROM (by appointment at 206.328.5315). The library is open Monday - Thursday, 10-3.
- Participation at reduced fees, in regular evening professional meetings where local clinicians present and facilitate on current psychoanalytic thought.
