As we approach the winter solstice and this time of cozying inside, let’s get outside and connect with fellow colleagues and the winter beauty. Please join me for an in-city hike on Sunday, December 10th at 1:00 PM in Discovery Park. We will meet at the north parking lot and travel clockwise around the loop trail, wind our way down to the lighthouse, and back up. The hike will be roughly 4.5-5 miles with 450 ft of elevation gain. We will keep our pace slow enough to chat but brisk enough to keep ourselves energized at about 1.5 to 2.0 MPH. It will take us about 2 hours.
