During times of crisis and change, we need someone who is able to effectively listen, provide a greater sense of understanding and clarity, and assist with working towards a more genuine and effective way of being. I bring an empathetic understanding and personal sensitivity to each person's experience, and try to help people understand, both emotionally and intellectually, the deeper roots of their difficulties. By joining to create a plan and goals in therapy, we re-engage your natural gifts for growth to help you unlock your full potential, improve your relationships, and feel greater satisfaction in your life.

I have extensive training in play therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and trauma-focused therapy. I work with families and individuals on issues of depression, anxiety, attachment and relational issues, as well as with school-age children regarding difficulties with friendships, school behavior, adjustment issues, and parent guidance.

I am fascinated by attachment theory and child development; how people are impacted by their early experiences and first relationships. I believe that increasing self-understanding, learning tools to manage symptoms, and engaging in a therapeutic relationship is a healing process and I hope to join you in your journey.
