I am a psychotherapist with experience working in private and community settings. My clinical experiences include time spent at Fairfax Hospital (adolescents), Ryther (children and families), Fremont Community Therapy Project (early, middle, and late adults), and Wellspring Family Services (adults). I currently work at Wellspring in Redmond and maintain a private practice on Capitol Hill.

I graduated from Seattle University's Existential-Phenomenological Therapeutic Psychology Master's Program in 2012 and Pacifica Graduate Institute's Clinical Psychology PhD program in 2017.

In my practice, I work from a psychoanalytic, existential, and humanistic perspective, and firmly believe honesty, insight, and human connection are the building blocks of any meaningful therapeutic relationship. A commitment to pursuing these things makes all the difference between a life of suffering and a life worth living. I encourage everyone I work with (regardless of age, gender, culture, ethnicity, socioeconomic status) to enter into a conversation with me about whatever pains them, and work to understand with them who they are, who they have been, and who they have it in them to become.

Special Populations:
Adolescents, Adults, Elders
Insurance and Fee Information:

My fee is $125/hr, though I reserve hours in my calendar for sliding-scale patients. I accept the following insurance providers: First Choice, Aetna, Cigna, Kaiser PPO (which is served by First Choice), and Regence. I also work as an out-of-network provider, and find that some insurance companies reimburse my patients directly for the payments they make to me.
