I am a deep believer in the process of change. I have seen and experienced the fruit of the work of change and healing that arises as one pursues the process of therapy. I believe that through the power of new relational experiences, both with ourselves and with another, we get to change how we are in the world and how our experiences impact us. In my work with clients, I use a blend of psychodynamic and neurologically-based techniques, looking at both early affective experiences as well as how your life looks and feels today. Together, we will focus on the health of your whole self. I am a graduate of The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, and have also done extensive training in CIMBS (Complex Integration of Multiple Brain Systems).
