My primary goal in treatment is to make you feel heard, seen, understood and that you not feel alone in your struggles.
Treatment may be relational or process work, or more goal directed and focused on specific behavior changes. With over 25 years of experience, my life’s work has been focused on helping individuals of all ages build resilience, increase self awareness of behavior and thinking patterns, while strengthening relationships.
I will work hard to create a safe space for you to ask important questions and engage in nonjudgmental conversations that facilitate new insight. * Individual therapy session, 50 minutes, $130
* Family therapy session, 90 minutes, $180
I currently do not accept insurance. However if you do have insurance, your carrier may provide some coverage for mental health treatment with an out-of-network provider. I encourage you to find out exactly what mental health services your insurance policy covers.
I have a few a sliding scale fee slots in my practice. Please inquire about the availability of those slots if needing a reduced fee.
