I provide mental health services for children, adolescents, families and adults. I strive to cultivate a place of safety, openness and curiosity for your story to be unveiled and explored while moving towards meaning and acceptance together. I believe that every client is unique in what they need from therapy and we will determine together how to best work with what you bring into the therapeutic space. Whatever your specific need may be, I’m here to join you in that journey.

I have several years of mental health experience, both in private practice and in community mental health. In this work, I have supported numerous individuals with issues of communication, behavior and emotional struggles. I draw from a variety of perspectives, most commonly utilizing relational psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), compassion focused therapy (CFT), solution focused therapy, play therapy and family systems.
