I have worked in a variety of mental health settings including residential treatment, an acute care inpatient psychiatric hospital and various Emergency Rooms in the Puget Sound region. My approach is relationally-psychoanalytic, and I am drawn to how relationships have been impacted by an individual’s family of origin and intergenerational patterns at play. I have a passion for working with individuals and how connected (or disconnected) they feel to their bodies. I work with grief and loss, anxiety, depression, childhood trauma & abuse, life transitions, identity development, sexual identity exploration, substance abuse and questions of spirituality. I'm playful and imaginative, both in the office and in life in general. I feel passionate about the Alliance and grateful for the community. I currently serve as Past President on the Alliance board.
