I work with individuals of all races, genders, and sexual orientations in the SoDo neighborhood of Seattle. My psychotherapy practice is based on a relational, psychodynamic modality that believes it is in relationships that we find both harm and healing. Thus, through the authentic and unique therapeutic relationship, it is my desire to create a safe space of non-judgment, respect, and care so that you may explore aspects of yourself that are not yet fully known and live life with a better sense of choice and opportunity. My hope is that you will find your voice and learn how to use it in a kind and loving way for yourself and your relationships.
I hold a Master’s of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology and a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from University of Florida. I have experience working with individuals who have experienced depression, anxiety, and relational trauma.
In addition to being a therapist, I enjoy an exciting book, an inspiring writing prompt, and cuddling up with my sweet family and kitty, Professor Lupin.
My fee is $100-150 per 53-minute session. I take Premera, Lifewise, and most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans (not Regence).
