Hello! I work primarily with individuals navigating life changes, career burnout, and changes in mental or physical health. These shifts in life can bring about anxiety, depression, grief, and burnout. They may also be nuanced when we consider all aspects of someone’s identity, like caretaking, financial status, neurodiversity, cultural context, and more. There’s a lot of ways to be human, and it requires nuanced care.

$160 per individual session. Out of network, will provide a superbill for sessions. I offer a limited number of reduced fee, income based sessions.
