Together we walk through the uncertainty and potential of loss that comes with great transformation. Finding meaning, purpose and clarity along the way.

I'm Amanda, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate specializing in Existential Therapy practicing in Seattle, Washington. I take an integrative approach to therapy, co-creating a process with each of my clients to support them in their unique journey. Many of my clients identify as neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ and disabled or struggling with chronic pain/illness.
