I graduated from The Seattle School with an MA in counseling psychology. I am a licensed mental health counselor (#LH60739232). I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist who focuses on the relationship built in therapy to work with individuals on their current issues. I also approach therapy with a developmental perspective, mostly using attachment and object relations theories.
