Hello there!

I am a psychoanalytically oriented therapist who does emotion focused work to help patients live their most authentic and best lives.  I utiilze AEDP (Accellerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherpay) along with mindfulness, psychoeducation, and other skill sets to help patients learn to regulate and make sense of difficult, confusing, or painful feelings and experiences.  We also focus on learning how to set healthy boundaries and develop healthy relationships.  We work together to help you get in touch with your most authentic self so that you can make decisions and choices in your life that are right and true to you.  I specialize in the areas of trauma/attachment issues, loss, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, life transitions, stressors, and women's issues.
