I work with couples and individuals struggling with attachment, intimacy, CPTSD, Anxiety, and ADHD. I use a variety of modalities from my foundations as a psychoanalytically trained therapist to Certified training in modern modalities including: EMDR, EFT, IFS, Relational and attachment based.

I am also an approved supervisor for new clinicians seeking licensure.

I graduated from the Seattle School in 2021 with a Masters in Counseling Psychology.
