My approach to treatment is informed by modern psychoanalytic theory. It is grounded in the understanding of the unconscious mind, the significance of early childhood experiences, and the therapeutic relationship as a central component of the healing process. I help adults in psychoanalysis or psychotherapy work on specific issues as well as the ongoing process of personal growth and development. My goal is to encourage individuals to achieve greater self-awareness, emotional insight, and personal growth.
I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Washington, holding a Master’s degree from the University of Washington. My journey into psychotherapy and psychoanalysis was driven by a desire to understand how humans react to their environment and how early attachment to caregivers impacts development. I work with adults from diverse backgrounds, helping individuals develop a deep awareness of their feelings, symptoms, and behaviors. My passion lies in guiding them towards greater self-awareness and emotional growth.
