I am a psychodynamically-oriented, board certified clinical social worker providing psychotherapy to individuals and couples. I also offer services to psychotherapists specific to: clinical consultation with focus on individual and/or couple work, as well as general issues related to managing and maintaining a psychotherapy practice including website design.  My approach is collaborative and straightforward with the goal of helping expand self awareness, insight and understanding of patterns of reacting and relating that cause difficulty. Through increased awareness, clients gain more freedom to respond in ways more satisfying and meaningful in their lives. Each therapy is unique in detail and duration. There are many different approaches to psychotherapy, but most important is the therapeutic relationship. What is perhaps most important, is feeling comfortable and safe, knowing what you discuss will be understood.

If you find you have questions or would like to know more about my work with clients, feel free to visit my website or call my office. I'd be happy to talk with you.

Insurance and Fee Information:

I am a preferred (in-network) provider for First Choice Health Network, Kaiser Permanente plans that use the First Choice network, LifeWise of Washington, and Premera Blue Cross plans, and bill insurance directly for these companies.  If you have insurance with a company for which I am out-of-network, I will collect payment from you directly, and then provide you with invoicing you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, as per your out-of-network benefits plan.  I have the ability to work with a limited number of clients at a reduced rate, on a case by case basis, when use of insurance or payment of my full fee is not feasible.
