Laura Thomas

I work with adults in individual therapy, and am grounded in the psychodynamic approach of attachment-based theory. Healing the wounds of the past, building awareness of our triggers, and choosing different responses can go along way towards bringing peace and fulfillment in our lives.
I specialize in attachment trauma, depression, PTSD, dissociative conditions, faith issues (including harm from fundamentalism and developing one’s own authentic spiritual path), as well as building mindfulness skills, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.
