Lauren Finkelstein, LMFT

Lauren Finkelstein is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed in California, Maine and Washington. Lauren emphasizes working with women seeking perinatal and postpartum mental health support, women in executive leadership positions confronting the competing demands of work, family, and individual goals, and also supports those with anxiety disorders, too. With a second Master’s Degree in Women and Gender Studies, Lauren explores the impacts of social norms, gendered roles and assumptions, cultural impacts of race and racism, etc, as they influence each individual client, supporting her clients in confronting and challenging the roles and habits that have led to distress and disconnection.
