My general practice welcomes individual adults as well as couples. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, identity and sexuality, trauma, substance use, LGBTI concerns, new parenting, family conflict, and work-life balance issues. I have advanced training and specialization in couples therapy, as well as issues relating to the female lifespan during the reproductive and perinatal periods. I received specialized couples training through the PACT Institute, which uses a psychobiological approach to couples therapy based on neuroscience and attachment theory. My expertise on issues of perinatal mental health have led me to publish articles (including the Huffington Post), present at state and national conferences and be featured on local San Francisco's NPR affiliate KQED. I offer telehealth exclusively and am licensed in WA and CA and in process of acquiring a PsychPact credential.
