Robert E. Deeble

I am a licensed psychotherapist and clinical supervisor in private practice since 2006. I work primarily with adults in individual therapy or couples therapy. My training and practice is based on relational psychotherapy and is informed by a psychoanalytic perspective.

My goal in counseling is to help my clients grow as people. Within that perspective I address common issues such as depression, anxiety, troubled relationships, addiction and a variety of mental health concerns.

I hold a masters degree in Counseling Psychology from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology and supervised under Dr. Roy Barsness for 5 years following my graduate studies. I am a current member of the North West Center for Psychoanalytic Study and The Seattle Psychoanalytic Society and Institute (SPSI) where I co-teach in their psychoanalytic certificate program.

Additionally I founded a mental health program for Lahai Health and served as their mental health director from 2007 through 2026. This program continues to provide psychotherapy to under-served clients within our community

Alongside being a therapist, I am also a dad, a husband, a musician and a songwriter. It was during my travels as an artist where I first developed a love for the narratives of people I met on the road. This intrigue continues to accompany my therapeutic work today.

I bill insurance and contracted In network with Premera, Lifewise, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Regence, Kaiser (PPO), Heritage & The First Choice Network.

I am licensed in Washington and Arizona state.
