I work with clients primarily from a relational psychodynamic perspective.  Depending on what a client may need, I also use mindfulness-based modalities and other therapeutic lenses.  I help clients discover their capacity to navigate the fluctuations of life by helping them identify and draw upon their innate strength and wholeness.  I work with individual adults.  Before becoming a therapist, I practiced law for about 15 years, which gave me a particularly empathetic understanding of the pressures of being a busy professional.  I also have experience working with those who identify as LGBTQIA+ and addressing with compassion issues of sexual and gender identity, as well as other issues specific to those communities.
