I am a PACT-Certified Level II Couples Therapist and have completed a two-year training program on affect regulation and psychodynamically informed couples therapy. I have specialized training from the University of California, San Francisco in working with new and expectant parents, and am particularly interested in helping adults and late adolescents through life transitions, including work and relationship changes.
