For decades, SPSI (Seattle Psychoanalytic Society and Institute) has been holding Open House events in order to interest and inform possible applicants for training.

We have been fortunate in attracting many good people who have gone on to become psychoanalysts and members of our faculty. We encourage anyone interested in SPSI’s programs to come and see our facilities, as well as a presentation by current students of what the program entails and how they feel about it.

We also invite the SPSI membership to come and help us welcome our next class as we invest in the future of our profession and institute.

There will be a chance for informal conversation, light refreshments, and the opportunity to support the candidates who have organized and planned the formal portion of the program.

While a virtual option will be available, accessible through the SPSI calendar, we strongly encourage your in-person presence if possible. Members and nonmembers alike, please let us know you’re planning to attend by RSVPing on this page, and let us know if you have any dietary preferences or requirements.
